By accessing and using iplay.bot and the iPlay Pets browser extension, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

iplay.bot provides a browser extension that displays animated pixel pets on your desktop. The service includes both free and premium tiers with different features and limitations. Premium access is available through a monthly subscription.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

Premium Subscription

Premium access is provided through a monthly subscription processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the monthly subscription fee as stated at the time of purchase
• Access to all premium features and content while subscription is active
• Automatic renewal each month unless cancelled
• Cancel auto-renewal at any time while retaining access until period end

Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or PayPal. Cancellation stops future billing but you retain premium access until the end of your current billing period. Subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your premium features, please contact our support team for assistance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the extension
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your premium subscription with others
• Attempt to bypass payment or feature restrictions
• Abuse or overload our servers
• Distribute malware or harmful content

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the iPlay Pets extension, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by iplay.bot and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iplay.bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
